* Experience in undertaking a full range of office management and secretarial procedures and their application to improve service efficiency and effectiveness in a hospital environment.

* Proven Application of medical terminology.
* Good command and understanding of English, punctuation, and grammar.
* Knowledge of Information Governance about maintaining confidentiality of person identifiable information
* Knowledge of medical terminology within more than one specialty
